| 目的 通过对北京市某三甲医院近4年在职职工体检结果的汇总,分析危害医院职工身体健康的常见因素,为进一步有针对性地制定健康管理方案提供依据。 方法 回顾性分析2014—2017年该医院职工10 149人次体检报告,寻找各项检查中患病率较高的问题,并总结其在不同年龄段的变化趋势。 结果 该院职工体检中发现的主要问题依次为血脂异常、脂肪肝、甲状腺结节、超重或肥胖、空腹血糖升高、高尿酸血症、转氨酶异常、高血压、肺部结节等。分析近4年以上健康问题所占总体比例的趋势发现,除甲状腺结节的发生率逐年升高(P<0.001)外,余项基本处于稳定状态。2017年体检结果发现,甲状腺超声显示囊实性结节患病率随年龄增加而显著增加(P<0.05)。在年龄≤50岁职工中,女性甲状腺结节患病率明显高于男性(51.47%,33.06%)。血脂代谢中,三酰甘油升高和脂肪肝的患病率均随年龄递增而增加(P均<0.05),女性乳腺增生和结节均在＞45~50岁在职人员中比例最高。 结论 近4年,该医院在职职工的健康状态总体处于稳定。血脂代谢异常、脂肪肝、甲状腺以及乳腺疾病仍然是威胁该院职工身体健康的常见危险因素。 |

| Objective Based on the summary of the physical examination results of the in-service staff in a third-class hospital in Beijing during recent three years,this paper analyzed the common factors that endanger the health of the staff in the hospital,and provides the basis for the further establishment of the health management scheme. Methods A retrospective analysis of 10 149 medical examination reports of staff in the hospital in 2014-2017 was conducted to find out the problems of high prevalence rate in each examination,and summarize the trend of their changes in different age groups. Results The main problems found in the physical examination of staff in this hospital were abnormal blood lipid,fatty liver,thyroid nodule,overweight or obesity,elevated fasting blood glucose,hyperuricemia,abnormal aminotransferase,hypertension,pulmonary nodules and so on.An analysis of the trend of the overall proportion of health problems over the past 4 years showed that the incidence of thyroid nodules increases year by year (P<0.001),and the remaining items were basically in a stable state. Conclusion The health status of the staff in the hospital is stable during the last 4 years.Dyslipidemia,fatty liver,thyroid and mammary gland diseases are still the common risk factors that threaten the health of the staff,TG level of thyroid,cystic solid nodules and fatty liver are all related to age. |
