| 目的 探讨采用妇科超声进行绝经后阴道出血诊断的临床价值,并分析针对性保健措施。方法选取绝经后阴道出血患者100例,均接受妇科超声检查,并将超声检查结果同子宫刮诊结果进行对比分析。结果 本次研究中,100例绝经后阴道出血患者共计包括48例萎缩性子宫内膜,23例子宫内膜增生,15例子宫内膜息肉,10例子宫内膜炎和4例子宫内膜癌；妇科超声对于萎缩性子宫内膜和子宫内膜增生的诊断准确率最高,分别为95.8%、95.7%,总体诊断准确率为92.0%；以子宫内膜癌作为阳性检查结果,其他为阴性。本次研究中,妇科超声检查对恶性绝经后阴道出血的诊断敏感值为75.0%,特异性为92.7%。结论 妇科超声是一种有效的绝经后阴道出血检查方法,有助于明确出血原因,及早开展健康教育、感染预防、饮食管理等保健措施。 |

| Objective To explore the clinical value of gynecological ultrasound in the diagnosis of postmenopausal vaginal bleeding,and to analyze targeted health care measures.Methods 100 cases of postmenopausal vaginal bleeding were selected.All patients underwent gynecological ultrasound examination,and the results of ultrasound examination were compared with the results of uterus curettage.Results In this study,100 patients with postmenopausal vaginal bleeding included 48 cases of atrophic endometrium,23 cases of endometrial hyperplasia,15 cases of endometrial polyps,10 cases of endometritis and 4 cases of endometrial cancer;Gynecological ultrasound had the highest diagnostic accuracy for atrophic endometrial and endometrial hyperplasia,95.83%,95.65%,and the overall diagnostic accuracy rate is 92.00%;endometrial cancer as a positive test result,the other was negative.In this study,the diagnostic value of gynecologic ultrasound examination for malignant postmenopausal vaginal bleeding was 75.00%,and the specificity was 92.71%.Conclusion Gynecological ultrasound is an effective method for post-menopausal vaginal bleeding,which can help identify the cause of bleeding and facilitate targeted clinical treatment and care. |
