| 老年综合评估是老年医学核心技术之一,是全方位、多维度地对老年人的躯体功能、认知、精神、心理及社会环境进行评估,及时发现老年综合征和老年问题,提供干预措施,以减少衰弱和失能,尽可能保证老年人的生活质量。综合医院老年评估门诊针对有老年共病、部分失能的患者,进行老年综合评估发现老年综合征及老年问题,及时给予干预处理。但是,目前国内尚缺乏适合综合医院老年评估门诊使用的统一有效的量表。老年评估门诊使用的量表既要有高度的测量效度和信度,又需要符合老年认知和身体状况特点,方便可行。 |

| Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment(CGA) is one of the core techniques in geriatric medicine.It is concerned with assessing the elders′ physical,functional and psychosocial conditions,so that the potential or undistinguished geriatric syndromes and problems can be found and be treated as early as possible.As a result,it can reduce the occurrence of frailty and disability,and also maintain the quality of life for elderly people.The patients in a general hospital GEM-clinic usually have several chronic diseases in common,and even some of them have lost some of their abilities to perform their daily tasks.Using CGA can find the potential geriatric issues resulting in beneficial treatment in a timely fashion.At this time,there is a lack of suitable and agreeable assessment scales in GEM-clinics at general hospitals.The scales with high reliability and validity should be used in GEM-clinics.At the same time,the scales should be concerned with the nature of the cognitive abilities and physical functions of elderly people.This article reviewed the assessment scales in GEM-clinics of general hospitals. |
