| 目的 观察红外偏振光联合抗菌药物治疗下肢创伤后丹毒的临床疗效。方法 选取下肢创伤后丹毒患者68例,按入院顺序分为观察组与对照组。对照组34例,予0.9%氯化钠注射液100 mL配入注射用头孢呋辛钠1.5 g,每日2次,静脉滴注；观察组34例,在上述药物治疗基础上使用红外偏振光治疗仪垂直于丹毒区域,以照射强度为最大功率60%,每日2次,持续照射10 min。比较两组患者住院日,治疗前后实验室指标及治疗第5日临床疗效。结果 观察组术前住院日及总住院日明显低于对照组(P＜0.05)。两组患者治疗后均能显著降低治疗前异常实验室指标,治疗后两组患者实验室指标差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。观察组第5日治疗有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 红外偏振光联合抗菌药物治疗下肢创伤后丹毒,缩短患者术前等待日,从而缩短住院日。 |

| Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of infrared polarized irradiation combined with antibiotics in the treatment of erysipelas after lower limb trauma.Methods Twenty-eight patients with erysipelas after lower extremity trauma were randomly divided into observation group and control group.In the control group,34 cases were treated with 0.9% sodium chloride injection 100 mL and cefuroxime sodium for injection 1.5 g twice daily.In the observation group,34 cases were treated with infrared polarized irradiation therapy device perpendicular to erysipelas based on the above drug treatment.The irradiation intensity was 40% to 60% of the maximum power,and the irradiation is continued for 10 minutes once a day.The hospitalization days of the two groups of patients were compared.The laboratory indicators before and after treatment,the clinical efficacy on the 5th day of treatment were compared.Results The preoperative hospitalization days and total hospitalization days in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group.Both groups of patients significantly reduced the pre-treatment abnormal laboratory parameters after treatment.There were significant differences in laboratory indexes between the two groups after treatment (P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment on the 4th day of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Infrared polarized irradiation therapy as an adjuvant treatment for erysipelas after lower limb trauma can significantly improve the treatment effect and shorten the hospitalization day. |
