| 目的 观察血脂康对中青年代谢综合征患者的治疗效果。 方法 入组的80例中青年代谢综合征患者在生活方式干预的基础上给予血脂康(0.6克/次,2次/天)治疗24周,观察治疗前后腹围、体质指数、血压、空腹血糖(FPG)、血脂、载脂蛋白B/载脂蛋白A比值(ApoB/ApoA)、空腹胰岛素(FIns)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及尿酸(UA)的变化。 结果 治疗后腹围、体质指数、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、ApoB/ApoA、hs-CRP、UA等指标均较前下降(P<0.05),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇较前升高(P<0.05)；血清hs-CRP和UA水平随着中青年代谢综合征患者符合诊断标准个数的增加而升高(P<0.05)；符合各单项诊断标准组血清hs-CRP和UA水平较不符合组也相应有所增加(P<0.05)。 结论 血脂康能改善中青年代谢综合征患者的异常代谢指标,对早期预防心血管疾病的发生发展可能有效。 |

| Objective To observe the intervention effect of Xuezhikang on young and middle-aged patients with metabolic syndrome(MS). Methods Eighty young and middle-aged patients with metabolic syndrome were given Xuezhikang(0.6 g/time,2 times/day )for 24 weeks on the basis of lifestyle intervention,the changes of waist circumference,body mass index(BMI),blood pressure,fasting blood glucose(FPG),apolipoprotein B / apolipoprotein A ratio(ApoB / ApoA),fasting insulin(FIns),homeostasis model assessment for insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR),high-sensitivity C reactive protein(hs-CRP) and uric acid(UA)were observed before and after treatment. Results There was significant difference in waist circumference,BMI,systolic blood pressure(SBP),total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),ApoB/ApoA,HOMA-IR,hs-CRP,UA and HDL-C before and after trentment.The serum levels of hs-CRP and UA increased with the increase of the number of diagnostic criteria in young and middle-aged patients with metabolic syndrome (P<0.05).When each component reached the diagnostic criteria of metabolic syndrome,the serum hs-CRP and UA levels also increased significantly. Conclusion Xuezhikang can improve the abnormal metabolic indexes of young and middle-aged patients with MS,and may be effective in preventing the occurrence and development of cardiovascular diseases in the early stage. |
