| 目的 探索门诊老年青光眼患者局部用药的依从性。方法 对门诊眼科确诊青光眼的55例患者(平均年龄79.5岁)进行问卷调查,了解其用药依从性及其影响因素。结果 55例青光眼患者中,用药依从者36例(65.5%),用药不依从者19例(34.5%)。对依从性有显著影响的因素(P＜0.05)主要为:患者的年龄、文化程度、护士的健康教育以及所用药品的种类。结论 青光眼患者药物疗效及患者年龄、文化程度和护士的健康教育与药物依从性有关。 |

| Objective To investigate compliance of local medical treatment in aged patients with glaucoma.Methods 55 patients(mean aged 79.5) diagnosed as glaucoma in out-patient received questionares on compliance of local medical treatment and relative factors.Results Among 55 patients,36(65.5%) patients complied with local medical treatment of glaucoma,while 19(34.5%)did not.Relative factors of compliance include those of patients:education level,finacial status,family history of glaucoma and understanding of this disease,and those of medicatins:side-effect and categories of drugs.Conclusions Compliance of local medical treatment is important in aged patients with glaucoma,drug efficacy,age,education and health education of nurses are related to drug complianceand. |
