| 目的 探讨中医耳穴埋豆在数字减影血管造影(DSA)下使用聚桂醇泡沫硬化剂治疗各类下肢静脉曲张患者中的应用疗效。方法 将101例行聚桂醇泡沫硬化剂治疗的下肢静脉曲张的患者按随机数字表法分为观察组54例和对照组47例。对照组给予常规的护理措施,观察组在对照组的基础上,进行耳穴埋豆。本研究采用焦虑自评量表和视觉模拟评分法评价患者术后当天和术后第3天的疼痛和焦虑情况。结果 两组疗效相近,均无严重并发症。干预后,两组患者的VAS评分和SAS评分均有所下降,组内比较,P<0.05；干预后观察组VAS评分和SAS评分优于对照组,组间比较,P<0.05。结论 耳穴埋豆应用于下肢静脉曲张行介入治疗的患者,可以减轻患者的痛苦、改善患者焦虑、抑郁状态,增加患者的舒适程度,从而提高其生活质量。 |

| Objective To investigate the efficacy of using traditional Chinese medicine method of auricular point pressing in treating varicose veins of lower extremities with polyvinyl alcohol foam sclerotherapy under DSA.Methods A total of 101 patients with varicose veins treated with polyvinyl alcohol foam therapy were randomly divided into experimental group with 54 cases and control group with 47 cases.The control group was given routine nursing measures and the observation group was treated with auricular point pressing on the basis of routine nursing measures.In this study,self-rating anxiety scale and visual analogue score were used to evaluate the pain and anxiety of the patients on the day of operation and the third day after operation.Results The efficacy of the two groups was similar,and there were no serious complications.After the intervention,the VAS and SAS scores of the two groups decreased,P<0.01.The VAS and SAS scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the comparison between the two groups was P<0.05.Conclusion Auricular point pressing can alleviate the pain,anxiety and depression of patients,improve their comfort and quality of life. |
