| 目的 评价经会阴超声检查诊断女性压力性尿失禁(SUI)病情严重程度的临床价值。方法 选取74例女性压力性尿失禁患者为研究组,另选取同期健康体检的女性70例为对照组。两组均接受经会阴超声检查,对比两组研究对象的超声测量结果,并分析超声测量结果与病情严重程度的相关性。结果 研究组与对照组的超声测量值差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；轻中重度的超声测量值差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),而且α、Mu、θ值与病情严重程度呈正相关性(P＜0.05)。结论 经会阴超声可清晰显示盆底结构组织,明确病情的严重程度,对于临床诊治女性压力性尿失禁具有积极意义。 |

| Objective To evaluate the clinical value of perineal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of stress urinary incontinence in women.Methods A total of 74 cases of female stress urinary incontinence (SUI) patients in our hospital were selected as the experimental group,and 70 cases of healthy women in health examination were selected as the control group.Both groups were examined by perineal ultrasound.The results of the two groups were compared,and the correlation between the results of ultrasound and the severity of the disease was analyzed.Results There was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group (P<0.05),and there was a significant difference between the moderate and severe ultrasound measurements (P<0.05),and the values of α,Mu,θ were positively correlated with the severity of the disease (P<0.05).Conclusion Transperineal ultrasonography can clearly show the pelvic floor structure and the severity of the disease,which is of positive significance for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of female stress urinary incontinence. |
