| 目的 分析某干休所就诊人群中60岁以上老年2型糖尿病患者口服降糖药物使用情况,为口服降糖药物的合理使用提供参考。方法 采用回顾性病例分析的方法,收集2017年至2018年某干休所就诊患者中年龄达到60岁的2型糖尿病患者,以药物销售金额、构成比、销售总量、用药频度(DDDs)、排序比等为评价指标,进行统计分析。结果 2018年各药品销售金额、销售总量、DDDs均较2017年增长,2017年及2018年销售金额位居前二的为阿卡波糖、二甲双胍；2017年及2018年销售总量、DDDS排序首位的为二甲双胍。结论 2017年至2018年二甲双胍、阿卡波糖为该干休所口服降糖药物的一线用药,口服降糖药物使用基本合理。 |

| Objective To analyze the use of oral hypoglycemic drugs in the cadre′s sanitarium in patients above 60 years old with type 2 diabetes mellitus,and to provide reference for clinical rational use of oral hypoglycemic drugs.Methods By retrospective analysis,patients above 60 years old with type 2diabetes mellitus in the cadre′s sanitarium during 2017—2018 were collected.Ruselts Compared with 2017,the consumption sum,total sales volume and DDDs of oral hypoglycemic drugs in 2018 was increased.The first two places of consumption sum were Acarbose tablets,Metformin tablets in 2017—2018.Metformin tablets rankedfirst in total sales volume and DDDs from 2017 to 2018.Conclusions Metformin tablets and Acarbose tablets are first-line oral hypoglycemic drugs in our cadre′s sanitarium during 2017—2018.The use of oral hypoglycemic drugs in our cadre′s sanitarium is rational on the whole. |
