| 目的 评价牵引悬吊法在上肢手术消毒中的应用效果。方法 选取上肢进行手术治疗的60例患者,所有患者均采用患肢牵引悬吊法进行消毒；运用消毒时间、二次损伤发生率、感染发生率等相关指标进行评价。结果 全部病例均顺利采用牵引悬吊方法进行消毒,消毒时间(13.0±2.1)min,未出现二次损伤患者,未出现感染并发症患者。结论 临床上在行上肢术前消毒时,采用牵引悬吊法操作便捷、效果好。 |

| Objective To evaluate the application of simple traction suspension method in the upper limb surgical disinfection.Mehtods Sixty patients with surgical treatment of upper limbs were selected.All patients were disinfected with limb traction suspension.The relevant indexes such as disinfection time,secondary injury rate and infection rate were used to evaluate.Results All cases were sterilized by traction suspension.The average disinfection time was (13±2.1) min;there were no secondary injury and infection complications.Conclusions Traction suspension in the upper limb surgical disinfection is convenient and effective. |
