| 目的 探讨重症患者行PET-CT检查的可行性和安全性,评估检查过程中存在的风险因素,并制定相应的对策。 方法 回顾2013年7月至2016年12月预约检查的重症患者,未使用英国早期预警评分体系(NEWS)评分法,预约情况以及完成检查的情况；2017年1月至2017年12 月NEWS评分法应用于重症患者的检查过程中,进行评估,并给予合适的应对措施。 结果 2013年7月至2016年12月的124例重症患者63例完成检查,2017年1月至2017年12 月的49例重症患者42例完成检查,使用NEWS评分法后的完成检查情况明显高于往年。结论 NEWS评分法方便快捷,为合理安排重症患者提供了评价标准。 |

| Objective To investigate the feasibility and safety of PET-CT examination for severe patients,to evaluate the risk factors in the process of examination,and to formulate corresponding countermeasures. Methods A retrospective review was made of the critical patients who were scheduled for examination from July 2013 to December 2016.They did not use NEWS,appointment status and completion of the examination.NEWS was applied in the examination of severe patients from January 2017 to December 2017,and the evaluation was carried out,and appropriate measures were given. Results 63 cases in 123 patients with severe illness completed the examination from July 2013 to December 2016,and 42 cases in 49 patients with severe illness from January 2017 to December 2017 completed the examination.After using NEWS,the completion of inspection was significantly higher than that in previous years. ConclusionNEWS is convenient and fast,which can provide evaluation criterion for rational arrangement of severe patients. |
