| 目的 分析硝苯地平联合依那普利治疗老年冠心病合并高血压患者的疗效及对血小板膜糖蛋白和D-二聚体水平的影响。 方法 选择80例老年冠心病合并高血压患者,按照治疗方法分为对照组(n=40)及观察组(n=40),两组分别采取硝苯地平治疗及硝苯地平联合依那普利治疗,对比两组患者的临床疗效、血压水平(收缩压、舒张压)、血小板膜糖蛋白(GP Ⅰb、GP Ⅱb、GP Ⅲa)、D-二聚体水平以及不良反应(口干、恶心、头痛、腹泻)。 结果 观察组临床疗效的总有效率(95.0%)高于对照组(80.0%),且观察组治疗后的收缩压、舒张压、GP Ⅰb、GP Ⅱb、GP Ⅲa、D-二聚体水平低于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组的不良反应发生率(10.0%)与对照组(7.5%)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。 结论 硝苯地平联合依那普利治疗老年冠心病合并高血压患者的疗效显著,改善血小板膜糖蛋白和D-二聚体水平,且不良反应发生率与单用硝苯地平治疗相比未明显增加。 |

| Objective To analyze the effect of nifedipine combined with enalapril on platelet membrane glycoprotein and D-dimer levels in elderly patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension. Methods 80 elderly patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension were divided into control group (n=40) and observation group (n=40).They were treated with nifedipine and nifedipine combined with enalapril respectively.The clinical efficacy,blood pressure level (systolic pressure,diastolic pressure),platelet membrane glycoprotein (GP Ⅰb,GP Ⅱb,GP Ⅲa),D-bis were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group (95.0%) was higher than that of the control group (80.0%),and the levels of systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,GP Ib,GP IIb,GP IIIa,D-dimer in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,with statistical significance between the two groups (P<0.05)；the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group (10.0%) was not significantly different from that in the control group (7.5%),P>0.05. Conclusion Nifedipine combined with enalapril is effective and safe in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension.It can significantly control blood pressure,improve platelet membrane glycoprotein and D-dimer levels. |
