| 目的 探讨清热祛湿汤治疗湿热痹阻型类风湿关节炎(RA)的临床疗效。 方法 选择40例湿热痹阻型RA患者,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组、对照组各20例。对照组予双氯芬酸钠肠溶胶囊抗炎镇痛治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加服清热祛湿汤,两组均治疗3周,观察两组的关节症状、体征、红细胞沉降率(ESR)、C反应蛋白等指标的变化。 结果 治疗组在改善临床症状、炎性指标等方面优于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗组患者总有效率 (90.0%) 高于对照组患者 (75.0%)。治疗组未出现明显不良反应。 结论 运用清热祛湿汤治疗湿热痹阻型RA疗效确切,安全性好。 |

| Objective To observe the clinical effect of Qingre Qushi Decoction on rheumatoid arthritis (RA) with Damp-heat obstruction. Methods 40 patients with RA of damp-heat obstruction type were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 20 cases in each group.The control group was given diclofenac sodium enteric-coated capsule for anti-inflammatory and analgesic treatment.The treatment group was given Qingre Qushi Decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 3 weeks.The changes of joint symptoms,signs,ESR and CRP were observed. Results The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving clinical symptoms and inflammation indicators.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group (90.0%) was higher than that of the control group (75.0%).There were no obvious adverse reactions in the treatment group. Conclusion Qingre Qushi Decoction is effective and safe in treating RA of damp-heat obstruction type. |
