| 脑小血管病是指各种原因所致的脑小血管病变引起的一大类病理、影像、临床综合征,影像学主要表现为腔隙性脑梗死、血管周围间隙扩大、脑白质高信号、脑微出血及脑萎缩。脑小血管病不仅能够通过破坏吞咽的神经传导通路,而且其所致的认知及精神情感障碍,自主运动能力下降等均可造成吞咽障碍,尤其在老年人,易引起误吸、营养不良、消瘦,甚至窒息死亡,严重影响患者的预后和生存质量。本文就近期的研究进展,对脑小血管病、吞咽障碍及其发病机制做一综述。 |

| Cerebral small vessel disease refers to a large category of pathology,imaging and clinical syndrome caused by various small blood vessel diseases with various causes.The imaging is mainly characterized by lacunar infarction,enlarged perivascular spaces,white matter hyperintensities,cerebral microbleeds and encephalatrophy.Cerebral small vessel disease can not only cause dysphagia through destruction of the nerve conduction pathway of swallowing,but also cognitive and mental affective disorders,and decreased autonomic exercise capacity,especially in the elderly,which may cause aspiration,malnutrition,weight loss,and even suffocation,seriously affect the patient′s prognosis and quality of life.This paper is a detailed review of the pathogenesis of dysphagia caused by cerebral small vessel disease. |
