| 西藏自治区地处高原,环境恶劣,干部组成来源复杂、流动性大。目前自治区干部保健专业人才不足,专职保健部门不健全,身心健康档案管理薄弱,加之部分干部对“健康”的重要性认识不足,因此只有加强组织领导,切实提高保健工作政治站位,健全各级专职保健职能部门,加强规范化建设、经费投入、专业人才培养,定期对干部进行身心状况评估,同时建立统一工作平台加强干部心理及身体状况档案管理,加快区内外医疗“绿色通道”就医制度建设,才能切实提高西藏自治区干部保健水平。 |

| Tibet Autonomous Region is located on the plateau with hostile environment.The composition of cadres is complex.The mobility of cadres is very large.At present,the professionals for cadre′s health are insufficient.The full-time health department is defective.The file management of physical and mental health is weak.Some cadres have insufficient understanding of the importance of "health" at the same time.Therefore,that is very important to strengthen organizational leadership,to improve the political standing of health care,and to perfect Full-time Health Care Functional Departments at all levels.The construction of standardization,the investment of funds and the training of professionals should be strengthened.The physical and mental status of cadres should be regularly assessed.The unified working platform to strengthen the management of cadres′ psychological and physical status files should be established.The system construction of Green Channel for medical treatment should be speeded up.The health care level of cadres in the Tibet Autonomous Region can be effectively improved only in this way. |
