| 谵妄是一种常见的疾病,后果严重甚至致命,治疗成本高却没有被充分认识。其病因及发病机制复杂,筛查辨识手段有限,还常常与痴呆叠加增加死亡率等。目前以早期识别干预及非药物治疗为主,药物治疗还存在一定争议。本文通过收集整理国内外文献,对这一疾病进行综述,与医务人员一起科学地认识和面对老年人谵妄。 |

| Delirium is a common disease with high cost of treatment and serious or even fatal consequences.However,it has not been fully recognized or understood.Its etiology and pathogenesis is complex and the methods of screening and identification are limited.Delirium often superimposes on dementia and increases mortality.Currently,early identification and intervention and nonpharmacological therapy are the main prevention and treatment methods.There is still some controversy about pharmacological treatment.In this article the domestic and foreign literature about this disease is reviewed to help the medical staffs understand and face delirium in the elderly. |
