| 目的 探讨益心舒片联合曲美他嗪治疗对慢性心力衰竭心功能参数及Adropin蛋白水平的影响。方法 选取住院的86例慢性心力衰竭患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组43例。对照组给予盐酸贝那普利、琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释、氢氯噻嗪、螺内酯、地高辛及盐酸曲美他嗪等药物治疗；试验组在上述治疗基础上加用益心舒片,3片/次,3次/天。两组患者均连续治疗12周。超声心动图检测治疗前后两组心室射血分数(LVEF)、室间隔厚度(IVSD)、左心室舒张末内径(LVEDD)、左心室后壁厚度(LVPW)变化并进行比较；检测氨基末端脑利钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)及Adropin蛋白治疗前后水平变化并进行比较。结果 治疗后,对照组总有效率为69.8%,试验组总有效率为88.4%,两组总有效率差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。治疗后两组LVEDD、IVSD、LVPW较治疗前明显降低,且试验组LVEDD、IVSD、LVPW低于对照组(P＜0.05)。治疗后两组LVEF较治疗前明显升高,而NT-proBNP及Adropin蛋白较治疗前明显降低；治疗后试验组LVEF高于对照组,而NT-proBNP及Adropin蛋白治疗后明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 益心舒片联合曲美他嗪治疗慢性心力衰竭具有较好的临床疗效,能延缓病情进展,从而可对改善患者心力衰竭症状获益。 |

| Objective To explore the effects of Yixinshu Tablets combined with trimetazidine treatment on cardiac function parameters and Adropin protein levels in patients with chronic heart failure (CHF).Methods A total of 86 cases with CHF collected were randomly divided into control and test groups,and each group had 43 cases.The control group were given benazepril hydrochloride,metoprololprolonged-release tablet,hydrochlorothiazide,Spironolactone,Digoxin tablets and trimetazidine treatment.The test group were on the basis of the above plus compound Yixinshu Tablets,3 grains/time,three times daily.Patients in two groups were treated for 12 weeks.Left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),interventrieular septum dimension(IVSD),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD) and left ventricular posterior wall thickness(LVPW) were detected though echocardiography and compared before and after treatment.NT-proBNP and Adropin protein were detected and compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of control group was 69.8% and the total effective rate of test group was 88.4%,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).LVEDD,IVSD and LVPW of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those of previous treatment(P＜0.05),and LVEDD,IVSD,LVPW in test group were lower than control group after treatment(P＜0.05).The LVEF of the two groups was significantly increased after treatment,while the NT-proBNP and Adropin protein significantly decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).LVEF of test group was higher than the control group after treatment,while the NT-proBNP and Adropin protein of the test group were significantly lower than the control group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Yixinshu Tablets combined with trimetazidine has good clinical effect in treatment of CHF,which can delay the progress of disease and improve the symptoms of heart failure. |
