| 目的 比较腹直肌旁入路与改良Stoppa入路治疗髋臼骨折临床疗效。方法 收集髋臼骨折患者33例病历资料,根据其手术方式不同将其分为试验组(腹直肌旁入路)与对照组(改良Stoppa入路),其中试验组17例,对照组16例,比较两组一般资料、手术时间,出血量,术后并发症以及住院时间,使用Matta评分评价术后骨折复位情况。结果 两组患者骨折复位满意度、平均住院时间,术后并发症发生率以及患侧髋关节Harris评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),经腹直肌旁入路手术切口,手术时间,出血量均小于改良Stoppa入路组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 腹直肌旁入路较改良Stoppa入路治疗需行前路固定的髋臼骨折创伤较小,可作为髋臼骨折治疗的一种新的方式。 |

| Objective To compare the clinical effects of rectus abdominis approach and modified Stoppa approach in the treatment of acetabular fractures.Methods A total of 33 medical records of patients with acetabular fractures were collected.The patients were divided into experimental groups according to their surgical methods.Experimental group (Muscular approach) and control group (modified Stoppa approach),including 17 patients in the experimental group and 16 patients in the control group.The general data,operation time,blood loss,postoperative complications,and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups.Postoperative fracture reduction.Results There were no significant differences in fracture reduction satisfaction,mean hospitalization time,postoperative complication rate,and hip score of the hip in the two groups (P>0.05).Incision through the rectus abdominis approach,operation time.The amount of bleeding was smaller than that of the modified Stoppa approach group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The rectus abdominis approach is better than the modified Stoppa approach.The acetabular fractures with anterior fixation is little traumatic and can be used as a new treatment for acetabular fractures. |
