| 目的 探讨微球囊压迫术治疗三叉神经痛的日间手术管理模式及其效果。方法 80例保守治疗无效的三叉神经痛患者,采用经皮穿刺微球囊压迫半月神经节的日间手术治疗,记录患者术前等候时间、平均住院时间、费用、疗效及术后并发症。结果 80例患者术前平均等候时间(1.47±0.91)d、平均住院时间(8.30±1.88)h、费用消耗(20507.78±460.72)元；治疗后当日、1月、3月、6月和1年疼痛数字评分显著低于治疗前(P<0.01)、满意度评分显著高于治疗前(P<0.01)；无严重手术相关并发症。结论 微球囊压迫术作为日间手术管理是安全、高效、可行的。 |

| Objective To discuss the operating mode and effect of ambulatory surgery of percutaneous microballoon compression of semilunar ganglion for the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia,and summarize the management and advantages of ambulatory surgery.Methods A total of 80 cases of trigeminal neuralgia who had failed conservative treatment were treated by the ambulatory surgery in the way of percutaneous micro balloon compression of semilunar ganglion.Additionally,their waiting time before surgery,average hospital stay,medicalcosts,curative effects and postoperative complications were recorded.Results Among 80 the cases,the waiting time before surgery was(1.47±0.91)days,the average hospital stay was(8.30±1.88)days,and the medical cost was(20507.78±460.72)yuan.The scores of pain on the day after treatment one month,three months,six months and one year later were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.01).And the scores of satisfaction were significantly higher than those before treatment (P<0.01).There were no serious surgical complications.Conclusion The ambulatory surgery of percutaneous microballoon compression for the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia is safe,effective and feasible. |
