| 目的 探讨针刺结合穴位按摩法在脑卒中吞咽障碍患者中的应用效果。方法 选择60例脑卒中吞咽障碍患者,采用洼田饮水试验,确定吞咽障碍及严重分级,将其按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组。对照组患者行常规吞咽功能康复治疗结合针刺治疗,每日1次,30 d为一疗程;研究组患者每日常规吞咽功能治疗、针刺治疗1次,穴位按摩2次,30 d为一疗程。比较两组患者吞咽障碍的改善程度及肺部感染发生的情况。结果 两组吞咽障碍改善情况差异有统计学意义 (P＜0.05),研究组优于对照组；两组肺部感染率,研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义 (P＜0.05)。结论 穴位按摩法康复护理能提高卒中后吞咽功能,减少卒中后肺部感染。 |

| Objective To investigate the effect of acupuncture combined with acupoint massage in patients with dysphagia after stroke.Methods Sixty cases of stroke patients with dysphagia were selected,and the water swallow test was used to determine dysphagia and severe grading,which were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.Patients in the control group received routine swallowing function rehabilitation therapy combined with acupuncture therapy,once a day for 30 days.Patients in the experimental group received routine swallowing function rehabilitation therapy combined with acupuncture treatment once a day,andacupoint massage twice a day for 30 days.The improvement degree of dysphagia and the incidence of pulmonary infection were compared between the two groups.Results There was a statistically significant difference in the improvement of dysphagia between the two groups (P<0.05),and the experimental group was superior to the control group.There was a statistical difference in pulmonary infection rate between the two groups,and the experimental group was lower than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint massage rehabilitation nursing can enhance the ability to eat after stroke. |
