| 目的 探讨患者自主疼痛评估结合舒适护理干预缓解急性胰腺炎患者疼痛及焦虑情绪的临床应用效果。 方法 选取24例急性胰腺炎患者为对照组,接受常规护理模式并由护理人员对其进行疼痛评估；选取25例急性胰腺炎患者为干预组,该组由患者进行疼痛自主评估,同时采用舒适护理模式进行干预。观察并记录两组患者疼痛评估的差异性、疼痛持续时间、疼痛分值下降程度、住院时间及患者满意度。 结果 由患者自主评估的疼痛程度与护理人员进行的疼痛评估在疼痛评分结果上差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),干预组结合舒适护理干预并进行疼痛自主评估,在疼痛持续时间、疼痛降低程度及住院时间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),且降低了患者焦虑情绪。 结论 疼痛自主评估结合舒适护理模式在急性胰腺炎患者的护理应用中取得一定效果,能有效缩短患者的疼痛持续时间、住院时间、降低患者疼痛感和焦虑负性情绪,在临床上具有一定的使用意义和推广价值。 |

| Objective To explore the application of self-assessment combine comfort nursing intervention on pain and anxious emotion in patients with acute pancreatitis (AP). Methods 24 patients with acute pancreatitis were selected into control group.The control group was given routine nursing and pain assessment by nurses.25 patients with acute pancreatitis were selected into observation group,and the study group,comfort nursing was adopted and the pain degree in ways of self-evaluation.The difference of pain assessment,duration of pain,degree of pain score decline,length of hospital stay and patient satisfaction were observed and recorded between the two groups. Results There was significant difference in pain score between patients′ pain degree evaluated by patients and nurses′pain evaluation.The observation group combined with comfort nursing intervention and pain self-evaluation had significant difference in pain duration,pain reduction and hospitalization time,and reduced patients′ anxiety. Conclusion The application of pain self-assessment combined with comfortable nursing mode has achieved certain effect in the application of patients with acute pancreatitis.It can effectively shorten the duration of pain,hospitalization time,reduce patients′pain and anxiety negative emotions. |
