| 糖尿病作为一个全世界范围内流行的慢性发展性疾病,影响着全世界超过4亿人,给社会和家庭带来了巨大的经济和医疗压力。目前,糖尿病的缓解仍主要依靠于药物。近年来,美国糖尿病协会(ADA)、国际糖尿病联盟(IDF)等将代谢手术(减重手术)推荐为肥胖2型糖尿病患者的可选择的治疗方法之一。本文对手术治疗糖尿病的适应证及方法进行了比较详细的描述和比较,阐述了其相关机制及影响因素,同时简要介绍了手术在1型糖尿病中应用的病例。 |

| Diabetes is a chronic progressive disease affecting more than 400 million people around the world.Diabetes has caused a huge financial burden to the suffering patients,their families and the society,Diabetes has a major negative impact to the medical system.Currently,the oral and injectable medicinal products are the main treatment options for diabetic patients.In recent years,IDF and ADA have recommended that metabolic surgery as the option for treating the patients with obese type 2 diabetes (weight loss operations) should also be considered.This article describes in detail a number of different metabolic operations,how these operations are performed,and which patient populations are considered suitable.The article also explains why these operations can benefit the obese diabetic patients and what are the influencing factors.The article also provides a brief introduction of the cases in which metabolic surgery are performed in patients with type 1 diabetes. |
