| 类风湿关节炎(RA)是一种以关节滑膜炎为特征的自身免疫性疾病,超声检查越来越多的应用于类风湿关节炎的临床诊疗中,灰阶二维超声在检测滑膜增厚、关节积液及骨侵袭方面具有较高的敏感性,彩色多普勒超声和超声造影可用于评估滑膜炎活动性。该文介绍了超声检查在类风湿关节炎诊疗中的应用情况。 |

| Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is an autoimmune disease characterized by synovitis.Ultrasound examination is increasingly used in the diagnosis and treatment of RA.Two-dimensional ultrasound has a higher sensitivity in detecting synovial thickening,joint effusion,and bone invasion.Color Doppler ultrasound and ultrasound contrast can be used to assess the activity of synovitis.This paper introduces the application of ultrasonography in the diagnosis and treatment of RA. |
