      为了早期识别和评估肾脏损伤,肾脏损伤生物学标志物研究在近年来显著增加。其中内源性标志物仍然是该领域的研究热点。传统的生物学标志物,如血清肌酐和尿素易受其它因素干扰,准确性欠佳。新标志物如胱抑素C、β2-微球蛋白、β微量蛋白、不对称或对称二甲基精氨酸(ADMA或SDMA)、血清视黄醇结合蛋白(RBP)和成纤维细胞生长因子23(FGF-23)等肾小球滤过功能标志物对肾功能的评估可能具有新的价值。中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白(NGAL)、肾损伤分子-1(KIM-1)、N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)、尿调节素等肾小管相关生物学标志物有助于早期肾脏损伤的识别。基因和代谢组学也为标志物的发现与研究提供了新的思路。这些新型内源性标志物将会为肾脏损伤的识别与评估提供新的策略。
英文摘要:
      In order to early identify and evaluate renal injury,more articles on biomarkers of renal injury have been published in recent years.Endogenous biomarker is still the research hotspot in this field.Traditional biomarkers such as serum creatinine and urea are disturbed by many factors and have poor accuracy.Glomerular filtration function markers such as cystatin C,β2-microglobulin, Beta trace protein,asymmetric or symmetrical dimethylarginine (ADMA or SDMA),serum retinol binding protein (RBP) and fibroblast growth factor-23 (FGF-23) will have new values in the evaluation of renal function.Renal tubule-related biomarkers such as neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin (NGAL),kidney injury molecule-1 (KIM-1),N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase (NAG) and uromodulin are helpful to the identification of early renal injury.Genomics and metabonomics also bring new ideas for the discovery and research of biomarkers.These new endogenous biomarkers will provide new strategies for the identification and evaluation of renal injury.
