目的 探讨阿替普酶与尤瑞克林对急性脑梗死的治疗效果及安全性。方法 选取74例急性脑梗死患者,按照随机数字表法分为A组与B组,每组37例。A组予以阿替普酶治疗,B组予以阿替普酶与尤瑞克林治疗,对比两组患者的神经功能(NIHSS评分)、日常生活活动能力(ADL评分)、生活质量(SF-36评分)、临床疗效及不良反应(恶心呕吐、头痛发热、血管性水肿、胃肠道不适)。结果 两组治疗后的NIHSS评分低于本组治疗前,且B组低于A组,P<0.05;两组治疗后的ADL评分与SF-36评分高于本组治疗前,且B组高于A组,P<0.05;B组的总有效率(91.9%)高于A组(73.0%),P<0.05;B组的不良反应发生率(8.1%)低于A组(27.0%),P<0.05。结论 阿替普酶与尤瑞克林在急性脑梗死患者中的疗效与安全性均较高,可显著改善患者的神经功能、日常生活活动能力及生活质量。 |

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect and safety of alteplase and urocline on acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 74 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into group A and group B according to the order of admission.And 37 patients in each group were treated with ateplase,while group B was treated with ateplase and uricline.The neurological function (NIHSS score),activity of daily living(ADL score),quality of life (SF-36 score),clinical efficacy and adverse reactions(nausea and vomiting,headache and fever,vascular edema,gastrointestinal discomfort) of the two groups was compared.Results The NIHSS scores of both groups after treatment were lower than those of previous treatment,and group B was lower than group A,P<0.05;A DL scores and SF-36 scores of two groups after treatment were higher than those of previous treatment,and group B was higher than group A,P<0.05;the total effective rate of group B(91.9%) was higher than that of group A (73.0%),P<0.05;the incidence of adverse reactions of group B(8.1%) was lower than that of group A(27.0%),P<0.05.Conclusion Atyplase and Eurekrin are effective and safe in patients with acute cerebral infarction.They can significantly improve the neurological function,activities of daily living and quality of life of patients with less adverse reactions. |
