| 目的 探讨莫沙必利治疗夜间消化不良的效果和安全性。方法 选取82例夜间消化不良患者,根据入院先后顺序按照随机数表法将其分为A组与B组,每组41例,A组予以多潘立酮治疗,B组予以莫沙必利治疗,对比两组患者的临床疗效、胃排空率、近端胃容积、胃动力指标(血浆胃动素、胃泌素-17、乙酰胆碱酯酶)以及不良反应情况(腹泻、过敏、头痛、头晕)。结果 B组临床疗效的总有效率(92.7%)高于A组(73.2%),P<0.05;两组治疗后的胃排空率均高于本组治疗前,且B组高于A组,P<0.05;两组治疗后的近端胃容积均小于本组治疗前,且B组小于A组,P<0.05;B组治疗后的胃动素、胃泌素-17、乙酰胆碱酯酶水平均高于A组,P<0.05;B组的不良反应发生率(9.8%)低于A组(26.8%),P<0.05。结论 莫沙必利对夜间消化不良患者的治疗效果显著,可明显提高胃排空率,减小近端胃容积,改善胃动力指标,不良反应少。 |

| Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of mosapride in the treatment of night dyspepsia .Methods A total of 82 patients with night dyspepsia were divided into group A and group B according to the order of admission.And 41 patients in each group were treated with morpholine in group A and mosapride in group B.The clinical efficacy,gastric emptying rate and proximal gastric volume,gastric motility index (plasma motilin,gastrin-17,acetylcholinesterase) and adverse reactions (diarrhea,allergy,headache,dizziness) of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of group B (92.7%) was higher than that of group A (73.2%),P<0.05;the gastric emptying rate after treatment in both groups was higher than that of previous treatment,and group B was higher than that in group A (P<0.05).The proximal gastric volume after treatment in both groups was less than that of previous treatment,and group B was smaller than that in group A (P<0.05).The levels of motilin,gastrin-17 and acetylcholinesterase after treatment in group B were higher than those in group A (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in group B (9.8%) was lower than that in group A (26.8%),P<0.05.Conclusion Mosapride has remarkable therapeutic effect on patients with night dyspepsia.It can significantly increase gastric emptying rate,reduce proximal gastric volume,improve gastric motility index with less adverse reactions and high safety. |
