| 目的 了解非特异性炎性指标超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平与老年患者的活动能力和日常生活活动能力的关系。方法 回顾性分析2016年1年间北京协和医院老年科住院患者的hs-CRP与简易体能状况评分(SPPB)和日常生活活动Barthel指数评分(Barthel-ADL)等。结果 182例患者的年龄(72.7±7.6)岁。hs-CRP升高组(≥3 mg/L)45例,hs-CRP正常组137例,两组的SPPB评分分别为(8.2±3.7)分和(9.7±2.9)分(P＜0.05),Barthel指数分别为(80±26)分和(92±15)分(P＜0.05)。按照SPPB评分分为两组,SPPB<10分组67例,10~12分115例；两组中年龄≥75岁分别为45例和31例(P＜0.05)；两组中hs-CRP≥3 mg/L患者分别为25例和20例(P＜0.05)。按照Barthel指数分为两组,≤70分32例,75~100分150例；两组患者年龄≥75岁者分别为24例和52例(P＜0.05)；两组中hs-CRP≥3 mg/L患者分别为15例和30例(P＜0.05)。结论 hs-CRP升高与老年患者躯体活动能力和日常生活活动能力下降有关联,对于功能状态下降的老年人需要关注炎症状态。 |

| Objective To understand the relationship between hypersensitive c-reactive protein(hs-CRP) with physical activities and activities of daily living in the elderly inpatients.Methods hs-CRP and Barthel-ADL Index,SPPB Scoreof the elderly inpatients of the Geriatric Word in PUMCH from during 2016 were investigated retrospectively.Results The mean age of the 182 inpatients was (72.7±7.6)years.182 patients were divided into two groups,45 cases with hs-CRP≥3 mg/L and 137 cases with hs-CRP<3 mg/L.The SPPB scores of the two groups were 8.2±3.7 and 9.7±2.9(P＜0.05),and the Barthel index was 80±26 and 92±15(P＜0.05).182 patients were divided into two groups according to SPPB Scores,67 cases with SPPB<10 and 115 cases with 10-12,in which the age≥75 years was 45 cases and 31 cases (P＜0.05),hs-CRP≥3 mg/L was found in 25 cases and 20 cases(P＜0.05).182 patients were divided into two groups according to Barthel Index,32 paitents with Barthel Index≤70 and 150 patients during 75-100,in which the age≥75 years was 24 cases and 52 cases(P＜0.05),hs-CRP≥3mg/L was found in 15 cases and 30 cases(P＜0.05).Conclusion The elevated hs-CRP was significantly related to the decline of both physical activities and Barthel-ADL in the elderly patients,therefor,it is necessary to pay attention to the inflammatory status in the elderly patients with decreased functional state. |
