| 目的 探讨医院陪护中心在老年病房陪护管理实施中的效果,为深化优质护理提供参考。方法 成立陪护中心,制定和实施各项规章制度,加强相关知识培训,采用自行设计的陪护基础护理知识掌握情况测试卷和患者对陪护的满意度调查表评价效果。结果 成立陪护中心统一管理后,陪护人员基础护理知识知晓率和患者的满意度大幅度提高,均差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 医院陪护中心在老年病房陪护管理中发挥作用良好,有利于提升陪护质量,提高患者治疗效果,加速患者的康复。 |

| Objective To explore the role of hospital care centers in the implementation of nursing management in geriatric wards,and to provide reference for deepening quality nursing.Methods A nursing center was set up in a top three hospitals to formulate and implement various rules and regulations,strengthen the training of various knowledge,and use the self-designed test papers to support the basic nursing knowledge and the satisfaction survey form of the patients.Results After the implementation of the escort center′s unified escort management,the awareness rate of the basic nursing knowledge and the satisfaction of the patients were greatly improved.Conclusion The hospital care center plays a good role in the management of the elderly ward,which is conducive in improving the quality of care,the clinical effect of patients′ treatment and accelerating the recovery of patients. |
