| 音乐治疗是指经过专业培训后取得资格的专业音乐治疗师与个体建立治疗关系,利用具有临床和循证学证据的音乐干预方式完成个体化的治疗目标。广泛适用于医学领域。老年医学不仅涉及各专业的躯体疾病,还包括老年综合征、生命末期照护问题、家庭社会支持问题等。非药物治疗方法普遍适用于老年医学领域,音乐治疗是非药物治疗方法之一,可用于老年痴呆、生命末期照护、焦虑抑郁、慢性疼痛、谵妄、康复等方面。根据音乐治疗目标筛选患者,将老年综合评估与音乐评估相结合,老年医学科医护与音乐治疗师密切配合有助于音乐治疗地顺利进行并取得良好效果。 |

| Music therapy is the clinical and evidence-based use of music interventions to accomplish individualized goals within a therapeutic relationship by a credentialed professional who has completed an approved music therapy program.It can be widely used in the field of medicine.Geriatrics not only involves physical diseases,but also includes geriatric syndromes,end-of-life care,family and social support issues and so on.Non-pharmacological interventions are widely used in the field of geriatrics and music therapy is one of the treatments which can be used in dementia,end-of-life care,anxiety and depression,chronic pain,delirium,rehabilitation and so on.Screening the appropriate patients should be around the goals of music therapy.Comprehensive geriatric assessment should combine with music assessment before music therapy.The close collaboration between the staff in geriatrics and the music therapists will promote music therapy process and gain a good effect. |
