| 本文旨在介绍夏仲元教授在甲状腺癌术后中医药诊治的适应证和治疗方法方面的学术思想和临床经验。提出中医药治疗甲状腺癌的主要适应证和优势在于改善甲状腺癌手术并发症,改善促甲状腺激素(TSH)抑制治疗及131I治疗的不良反应,提高患者生活质量；并针对上述问题进行分类总结,形成了一套辨病辨证相结合的诊疗思路和治疗原则,同时认为多学科综合协同治疗与管理可使患者最大受益。 |

| The purpose of this paper is to introduce professor Xia zhongyuan′s academic thoughts and clinical experience in the indications and treatment of TCM diagnosis and treatment of postoperative thyroid cancer.It is suggested that the main application and advantage of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of thyroid cancer is to improve the surgical complications of thyroid cancer,the adverse reactions of TSH inhibition therapy and 131I treatment and the quality of life of patients.To classify and summarize the above problems,and form a set of diagnosis and treatment ideas and treatment principles,it was believed that multidisciplinary comprehensive collaborative treatment and management could benefit patients the most. |
