| 目的 观察清流平复汤治疗湿浊内停型非酒精性脂肪性肝病的临床疗效。方法 选取非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者104例,按随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组各52例。治疗组给予清流平复汤口服,对照组给予血脂康口服,疗程各12周。观察两组治疗前后的中医症状综合疗效、肝脏B超、体质指数(BMI)、血脂、肝功能、肝脏脂肪含量等指标的变化。结果 治疗组中医症状综合疗效评价:有效率为77.8%,优于对照组57.4%(P＜0.05)；治疗组腹部B超疗效评价:有效率为60.0%,优于对照组42.6%(P＜0.05)；治疗组治疗后BMI低于同组治疗前(P＜0.05),且低于对照组(P＜0.05)；两组血脂水平均低于同组治疗前(P＜0.05),组间比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；两组治疗后丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、谷氨酰胺转移酶(GGT)、实施受控衰减参数(CAP)水平低于同组治疗前(P＜0.05),治疗组低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论 清流平复汤治疗湿浊内停型非酒精性脂肪性肝病具有一定疗效,可缓解临床症状,降低肝脏脂肪含量,降低总胆固醇与三酰甘油水平,改善肝功能。 |

| Objective To observe the clinical effect of Qingliu Pingfu decoction in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease of stagnation of dampness retention from interior.Methods A total of 104 patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,52 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Qingliu Pingfu Decoction and the control group with Xuezhikang for 12 weeks.Before and after the treatment,the changes of the comprehensive curative effect of TCM symptoms,liver B ultrasound,body mass index (BMI),blood lipid,liver function,liver fat content and other indexes were observed.Results The effective rate of the treatment group(77.8%)was higher than that of the control group(57.4%),P<0.05.Alanine aminotransferase (ALT),aspartate aminotransferase (AST),glutamine transferase (GGT) and controlled attenuation parameter (CAP) levels in the two groups were lower than those in the same group before treatment (P<0.05),and those in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Qingliu Pingfu decoction has a certain effect in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease of stagnation of dampness retention from interior,which can alleviate the clinical symptoms,reduce the content of liver fat,reduce the level of total cholesterol and triacylglycerol,and improve the liver function. |
