| 目的 探讨推拿联合针刺、红外线治疗气滞血瘀型神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法 选取2019年10月至2020年5月收治的60例气滞血瘀型神经根型颈椎病患者为研究对象,根据治疗方式的不同将其分为对照组(30例,推拿+针刺+红外线治疗)与观察组(30例,针刺加红外线治疗),采用视觉模拟评分(VAS)、日本骨科学会(JOA)颈椎评分、田中靖九颈椎病症状量表20分法评分比较两组治疗前后疼痛强度、上肢功能和生活质量及症状变化情况。结果 治疗后两组患者VAS评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)；治疗后两组患者上肢运动功能、感觉功能颈椎JOA评分升高,临床症状、体征、工作能力及手功能田中靖九颈椎病症状量表20分法总分评分改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 推拿联合针刺、红外线治疗气滞血瘀型神经根型颈椎病,可以更有效减轻患者的疼痛程度,提高患者上肢的运动功能和感觉功能,改善患者的生活质量和症状,提高临床疗效。 |

| Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of massage combined with acupuncture and infrared in treating cervical spondylosis of nerve root type with Qi stagnation and blood stasis.Methods The 60 patients with cervical spondylopathy of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type were selected from October 2019 to May 2020.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into control group (30 cases,massage acupuncture infrared treatment) and observation group (30 cases,acupuncture plus infrared treatment).Visual simulation score (VAS),cervical vertebra JOA score of Japanese Orthopaedic Society and Tanaka Yasuhisa cervical vertebra disease symptom scale 20 points were used to compare the pain intensity,upper limb function change and curative effect before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the VAS scores of both groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total score of upper limb motor function,sensory function cervical JOA score were increased.The clinical symptoms,signs,working ability and hand function and score of Tanaka Yasuhisa Symptom scale of cervical spondylosis were all improved.The total score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Manipulation massage combined with acupuncture and infrared treatment can effectively reduce the VAS score of patients,improve the cervical JOA score of upper limb movement and sensory function,reduce the pain degree of patients,improve the clinical manifestations of patients with cervical spondylosis of nerve root type of Qi stagnation and blood stasis. |
