| 胫骨平台骨折(TPF)是骨科常见疾病,但其术后康复治疗没有受到足够的重视。TPF患者术后常常面临肌力下降、关节僵硬及术后并发症等一系列问题,术后早期康复治疗,长期进行功能训练能够让患者更快地恢复膝关节功能,更早地回归正常工作与生活。目前临床TPF术后康复治疗情况参差不齐,亦没有权威的指南或专家建议可遵循,本文从物理治疗、运动疗法、手法治疗几个方面进行综述。 |

| Tibial plateau fracture (TPF) is a common orthopedic disease,but postoperative rehabilitation has not received enough attention.Patients with TPF often face a series of problems such as muscle strength decline,joint stiffness and postoperative complications after surgery.Early postoperative intervention and rehabilitation treatment and long-term functional training can help patients recover knee function faster and return to work and life earlier.At present,the postoperative rehabilitation treatment of clinical TPF is uneven,and there is no authoritative guide or expert advice to follow.Therefore,the author reviewed relevant literatures from the aspects of physical factor therapy,exercise therapy and manual therapy. |
