      目的 探讨经颅磁刺激联合语言听觉反馈训练对脑卒中患者认知功能康复效果的影响。方法选取2017年3月至2019年2月首都医科大学附属北京康复医院收治的脑卒中合并认知功能障碍者88例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组。对照组患者在常规治疗的基础上给予言语听觉反馈训练,研究组则在常规治疗基础上给予经颅磁刺激联合言语听觉反馈训练,在治疗前后对患者认知功能、平衡功能、生活能力、运动功能、神经功能等进行评价。结果 治疗前,两组患者认知功能、平衡功能、生活能力、运动功能、神经功能评分均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组与对照组患者的蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分、Tinetti、Berg平衡量表(BBS)评分、Fugl-Meyer 运动功能评定量表(FMA)、改良的Barthel指数(MBI)、SF-36、神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)均较治疗前改善,且研究组患者以上评分改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论经颅磁刺激联合语言听觉反馈训练可有效提高患者的认知功能康复效果,提升患者生活能力及生活质量。

      Objective To investigate the effect of transskull magnetic stimulation combined with language auditory feedback training on cognitive function recovery in stroke patients.Methods 88 stroke patients with cognitive impairment admitted to Beijing rehabilitation hospital of capital medical university from March 2017 to February 2019 were selected as research objects,and the patients in the control group were given the speech hyperalgesia feedback training on the basis of routine treatment.The study group was given a combination of transcranial magnetic stimulation and auditory feedback training on the basis of routine treatment,and evaluated the functions of cognition,balance,motion,nerve and self-care ability after the treatment.Results There was no significant difference in the functions of cognition,balance,motion,nerve and self-care ability between the two groups before the treatment.However,the scores of MoCA,Tinetti,BBS,FMA,MBI and SF-36 of the patients in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the improvement degree of the above scores in the study group was better than that in the control group after the treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion Transskull magnetic stimulation combined with language auditory feedback training course can effectively improve the cognitive function of patients and improve the living ability and life quality of patients.
