| Obesity is a complex chronic disease,which negatively impact on the life quality of obese patients.Anti-obesity drugs are commonly used in the treatment of obesity.Based on consulting relevant data,this paper summarizes the action mechanisms,effectiveness and safety of the current available and potential new anti-obesity drugs,and the trend of the development of new anti-obesity drug also is presented to provide reference for the research and development of anti-obesity drugs. |
