| In the face of aging population,the importance of hospice and palliative care has become more prominent,which aims to alleviate the pain and improve the quality of life of patients at the end of life.These patients usually have multiple physical symptoms,such as pain,dyspnea and fatigue.Medical teams need to assess these symptoms quickly and accurately.This review highlights the general process of physical symptom assessments. |
