| 目的 探讨多学科联合集束化干预对输尿管镜碎石患者术后感染的效果。方法 选取安徽中医药大学第一附属医院泌尿外科输尿管镜碎石患者60例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(多学科联合集束化干预)与对照组(常规护理),每组30例,分析并比较两组患者血白细胞(WBC)计数、降钙素原(PCT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、尿白细胞(LEU)计数及生活质量指数(QOL)评分。结果 观察组WBC、PCT、CRP、LEU术后第3天低于对照组(P<0.05)、观察组LEU术后第5天仍低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；观察组术后第3天QOL评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01)。结论 多学科联合集束化干预可以降低输尿管镜碎石术后患者感染的发生率,改善患者的生活质量。 |

| Objective To investigate the effects of multidisciplinary combined cluster intervention on infection after ureteroscopic lithotripsy following ureteroscopic lithotripsy.Methods A total of 60 patients who underwent ureteroscopic lithotripsy in urology department of the first affiliated hospital of Anhui University of Chinese medicine were divided into observation group (n=30) and control group (n=30).White blood cells (WBC),procalcitonin (PCT),c-reactiveprotein (CRP),leukocytes in urine (LEU) and quality of life (QOL) were assessed after operation.Results Blood WBC,PCT,CRP,LEU were significantly lower in observation group than those in control group in the third day after operation (P<0.05).In addition,LEU was significantly lower in observation group than those in control group in the fifth day after operation (P<0.05).Moreover,QOL in observation group was also lower than that in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Multidisciplinary combined cluster intervention can effectively reduce post-ureteroscopic lithotripsy infection and improved patient′s quality of life. |
