| 目的 膝关节骨性关节炎是一种退行性关节疾病,全膝关节置换术(TKA)是针对终末期膝关节骨性关节炎,减轻疼痛恢复日常生活独立能力的首选临床治疗措施。全膝关节置换术后早期康复是临床康复一体化在骨科关节置换术的工作模式。最大限度地提高全膝关节置换术后患者的膝关节功能和生活独立能力,减少关节僵硬等并发症。通过康复教育、疼痛管理、下肢肌肉力量、关节活动度,下肢机器人治疗、运动想象疗法等物理和作业疗法等低成本干预措施,有助于提高人们对膝关节置换术预后健康知识、健康行为和健康生活结局的认识和体验。 |

| Objective Knee osteoarthritis is a degenerative joint disease.Total knee arthroplasty(TKA) is the preferred clinical treatment for end-stage knee osteoarthritis to relieve pain and restore the independence of daily life.Early rehabilitation after TKA is the working mode of clinical rehabilitation integration in orthopedic joint arthroplasty.To maximize the knee function and life independence of patients after TKA,reduce joint stiffness and other complications. Rehabilitation education, pain management,lower limb muscle strength,range of motion,lower limb robot therapy, motor imagination therapy and other physical and occupational therapy are low-cost interventions for early rehabilitation after TKA.It is helpful to improve people's understanding and experience of prognosis health knowledge,healthy behavior and healthy life outcome after TKA. |
