      目的 调查医院膳食营养供应状况、老年住院患者营养状况及营养摄入状况。方法 选择2019年1月至2020年6月入住安徽省立医院老年科的患者,评估患者营养状况;探究膳食营养供应是否合理、评价膳食质量以及探究膳食营养是否可以满足患者营养需求,进一步分析患者营养摄入不足的原因。结果 老年住院患者营养不良发生率,营养风险与营养良好分别占34.93%、34.25%、30.82%。医院膳食营养供给高于患者营养需求,膳食结构合理;每日能量供给约2 134 kcal,三大产能营养素所占比例分别为蛋白质15%:碳水化合物56%:脂肪29%,食物种类多样,每周可达34种,三餐能量比例分配为27%、40%、33%。优质蛋白占总蛋白的43%,未达到50%以上。患者实际营养摄入不达标,主要的三大原因分别是食欲差、食物体积大、味道不好。结论 老年患者营养不良、营养风险发生率较高,膳食营养供给基本可满足老年患者营养需求,由于各种原因导致住院老年患者营养摄入不能满足需要。

      Objective To investigate the supply of dietary nutrition,as well as the nutritional status and nutritional intake of elderly in patients.Methods Patients who were admitted to the Geriatrics Department of Anhui Provincial Hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected to evaluate their nutritional status,and explore whether the supply of dietary nutrition was reasonable,to evaluate the quality of diet and whether the dietary nutrition can meet the nutritional needs of the patients,so as to further analyze the reasons for the insufficient nutritional intake of the patients.Results The incidence of malnutrition,nutritional risk and good nutrition in elderly inpatients accounted for 34.93%,34.25% and 30.82% respectively.The hospital′s dietary nutrition supply was higher than the patient′s needs,and the dietary structure was reasonable.The daily energy supply was about 2 134 kcal,and the proportion of the three productivity nutrients was protein 15%,carbohydrate 56% and fat 29% respectively.There were various kinds of food,up to 34 kinds per week,and the energy proportion of the three meals was 27%,40% and 33%.High quality protein accounted for 43% of the total protein,but less than 50%.The main three reasons of the actual nutritional intake of patients did not meet the standard were poor appetite,large food volume and bad taste.Conclusion The incidence of malnutrition and nutritional risk in elderly patients is high.The dietary nutrition supply can basically meet the nutritional needs of elderly patients.Due to various reasons,the nutritional intake of elderly patients can not meet their needs.
