      目的 观察2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清促甲状腺激素(TSH)、抗甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TGAb)、抗甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(TPOAb)变化及其临床意义。方法 选取2019年1月至2020年7月在海西自治州人民医院治疗的T2DM患者110例为观察组,并以同期健康体检者60例为对照组。比较两组血清TSH、TGAb、TPOAb水平,分析TSH、TGAb、TPOAb水平间的相关性；根据糖尿病合并症发生情况将患者分为轻症组及重症组,比较两组血清TSH、TGAb、TPOAb水平,并分析患者血清TSH、TGAb、TPOAb水平与T2DM发病及病情严重程度的相关性。结果 (1)观察组血清TSH、TGAb、TPOAb水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)；(2)重症组血清TSH、TGAb、TPOAb水平高于轻症组(P<0.05)；(3)患者血清TSH水平与TGAb、TPOAb水平呈正相关,TGAb水平与TPOAb水平呈正相关(P<0.05)；患者血清TSH、TGAb、TPOAb水平与T2DM病情严重程度呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 T2DM患者血清TSH、TGAb、TPOAb水平较高,且与T2DM并发症严重程度呈正相关。
英文摘要:
      Objective To observe the changes and clinical significance of serum thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH),anti-thyroglobulin antibody (TGAb) and anti-thyroid peroxidase antibody (TPOAb) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM).Methods A total of 110 T2DM patients who were treated in the hospital from January 2019 to July 2020 were enrolled as observation group,while 60 healthy controls in the same period were enrolled as control group.The levels of serum TSH,TGAb and TPOAb were compared between the two groups,and their correlation was analyzed.According to the occurrence of T2DM complications,they were divided into mild group and severe group.The levels of serum TSH,TGAb and TPOAb were compared between the two groups,and their correlation with onset and severity of T2DM was analyzed.Results (1)The levels of serum TSH,TGAb and TPOAb in observation group were higher than those in control group (P<0.05).(2)The levels of serum TSH,TGAb and TPOAb in severe group were higher than those in mild group (P<0.05).(3)The level of serum TSH was positively correlated with TGAb and TPOAb levels,and TGAb level was positively correlated with TPOAb level (P<0.05).The levels of serum TSH,TGAb and TPOAb were positively correlated with the onset and severity of T2DM (P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of serum TSH,TGAb and TPOAb are higher in T2DM patients,which are positively correlated with the complications degree of T2DM.
