| 目的 评估老年医学远程继续教育(GCME)调查问卷的质量,以了解老年医学微课堂教学质量。方法 编制的KAB问卷由知识、态度和行为3个维度65个条目组成。通过专家意见评估条目。分2期对北京地区市医务人员进行问卷调查。对问卷进行信效度检验和条目筛选,评估调查问卷的结构效度。结果 根据专家意见及Ⅰ期608人问卷的信效度分析,对问卷条目进行筛选和改良,最终保留51个条目。对Ⅱ期1 000人的改良问卷进行验证,Cronbach’s α值为0.848；探索性因子分析,KMO值为0.914,提取公因子12个,符合量表的理论结构。结论 老年医学教育调查问卷整体信效度较好,调查结果可靠,可用于规模化微课堂GCME质量反馈。 |

| Objective To verify the quality of distance continuing education questionnaire in geriatric medicine and evaluate the quality of Micro-Course Online on geriatric medicine.Methods The Knowledge-attitude-behavior questionnaire consisted three dimensions and 65 items of initial questionnaire,including 3 dimension of knowledge,attitude and behavior.Evaluate items through expert opinion.The questionnaire was divided into two phases to investigate the medical staff in Beijing.Reliability,validity test and item selection were carried out to evaluate the structure and validity of the questionnaire.Result According to the opinions of experts and the reliability and validity analysis of 608 medical staff's phase I survey data,the questionnaire items were screened and improved,and 51 items were retained finally.Further,according to the reliability and validity analysis of the survey results of 1 000 medical personnel in phase II,the improved questionnaire was verified.Cronbach's α value of the questionnaire was 0.848.After exploratory factor analysis,KMO value was 0.914,and 12 common factors were extracted,which was in line with the theoretical structure of the scale.Conclusion The self-designed questionnaire for geriatric education has good reliability and validity,and the results are reliable.It can be used for the quality feedback of distance geriatric medical continuing education. |
