| 目的 探讨芪黄补肾泄浊方联合序贯性高位结肠透析治疗早中期慢性肾衰竭患者的效果。方法 选取2019年2月至2020年5月入住黑龙江中医药大学附属第一医院肾病科的64例慢性肾衰竭患者(失代偿期),按患者治疗方式分为治疗组(n=32)和对照组(n=32),除常规综合治疗外,治疗组患者加用序贯性高位结肠透析治疗,对照组患者加用中药保留灌肠治疗,均观察治疗4周。对比分析不同组别下患者治疗总有效率以及血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(SCr)、内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)指标。结果 治疗组患者治疗总有效率84.38%,对照组患者为71.88%,治疗组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。两组患者BUN、SCr、Ccr之间相比,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 芪黄补肾泄浊方序贯性高位结肠透析对治疗早中期慢性肾衰竭的临床效果显著。 |

| Objective To explore the effect of sequential high colon dialysis with QihuangBushenXiezhuo decoction in the treatment of early and mid-term chronic renal failure patients.Methods Sixty-four patients with chronic renal failure (decompensation period) who admitted to the nephrology department of our hospital from February 2019 to May 2020 were selected,and the patients were divided into treatment group (n=32) and control group (n=32) according to the treatment methods.In addition to conventional comprehensive treatment,patients in the treatment group were additionally treated with sequential high colon dialysis,and patients in the control group were additionally treated with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema.All patients were observed for 4 weeks.The total effective rate,blood urea nitrogen (BUN),blood creatinine (SCr) and endogenous creatinine clearance rate (Ccr) of patients in different groups were compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 84.38%,and that in the control group was 71.88%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in BUN,Scr and Ccr between two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion The sequential high colon dialysis with Qihuang Bushen Xie zhuo decoction has significant clinical effect in the treatment of early and middle chronic renal failure. |
