| 目的 评价冠状动脉旋磨术(RA)治疗冠状动脉弥漫性钙化病变(长度≥25 mm)的有效性及安全性。方法 将158例严重冠状动脉钙化患者按照冠脉造影显示病变长度分为研究组(长度≥25 mm)和对照组(长度<25 mm),比较两组患者的主要心血管不良事件(MACE)发生率、即刻成功率、临床终点的差异。结果 所有患者手术成功率96.2%；两组患者术中冠状动脉穿孔、慢血流或无复流、B型以上冠状动脉夹层发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；两组患者术后随访主要MACE发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 冠状动脉旋磨术在冠状动脉弥漫性钙化病变的应用中是有效且安全的。 |

| Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of coronary rotational atherectomy in the application of coronary artery diffuse calcification (lesions ≥25mm).Methods A total of 158 patients with severe coronary calcification were divided into research group (lesions ≥25mm) and control group (lesions<25mm).The rate of major adverse cardiac events (MACE),immediate success rate,and clinical endpoint between the two groups were compared.Results The operation success rate was 96.2%.There was no significant difference in the incidence of coronary perforation,slow or no flow,or coronary artery dissection above type B between the two groups (P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of major adverse cardiovascular events between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Coronary rotational atherectomy is effective and safe in the application of coronary diffuse calcification. |
