| 目的 观察齐刺缠提针法对肩周炎患者疼痛、肩关节功能活动及临床效果,明确该针法在肩周炎患者治疗中的价值。方法 将符合标准的63例肩周炎患者随机分成对照组(A组)31例和治疗组(B组)32例,A组给予常规针刺结合肢体功能锻炼。B组在常规肢体功能锻炼的基础上行齐刺缠提针法操作。10 d为一疗程,治疗结束后采用McGill疼痛量表进行疼痛评价；并对两组肩关节功能进行对比分析。结果 治疗后,两组患者各指标均改善明显(P＜0.05)。与A组治疗后相比,B组治疗后PRI和PPI评分明显降低(P＜0.05)。肩关节前屈上举、外展上举、水平外展活动度明显改善(P＜0.05)；A组患者以显效及好转为主,B组患者以好转及痊愈为主。结论 较之常规治疗,齐刺缠提针法操作可减轻肩周炎患者疼痛、改善关节活动障碍,可在一定程度上提高患者临床疗效。 |

| Objective To observe the shoulder pain,shoulder joint function and clinical effect in patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis and determine the value of this method in the treatment of patients with periarthritis of shoulder.Methods 63 cases patients were divided into control group (group A) 31 cases and treatment group (group B) ,32 cases randomly.Group A received routine acupuncture and limb function exercise.Group B was given triple and winding tyra acupuncture on the limb function exercise.A course of treatment lasted for 10 days.After the treatment,the McGill Pain Scale was used to evaluate the pain.The shoulder joints function of the two groups was compared and analyzed.Results Before and after treatment,all indexes of the two groups were significantly improved (P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant.Compared with group A after treatment,PRI and PPI scores of group B were significantly reduced after treatment (P<0.05).Shoulder flexion lift,abduction lift and horizontal abduction range of motion were significantly improved (P<0.05).Patients in group A were mainly effects and improved,while patients in group B were mainly improved and healed.Conclusion Compared with the conventional treatment,triple and winding tyra acupuncture method can alleviate the pain and improve the joint mobility in patients with periarthritis of shoulder,which can improve the clinical efficacy better to a certain extent. |
