| 术后慢性疼痛(CPOP)是常见的手术并发症,可长期限制患者术后活动,引起患者焦虑、抑郁,严重影响患者手术后生活质量,并增加家庭及社会的经济负担。随着手术患者数量增加,CPOP患者也相应增多,对CPOP的关注越来越多。本文从CPOP的危险因素、发生机制及防治措施进行综述。 |

| Chronic postoperative pain (CPOP) is a common complication after surgery,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients after surgery,which can limit postoperative activities for a long time and cause anxiety and depression,and increases the economic burden of the family and society.With the increase in the number of surgical patients,the number of CPOP patients also increases accordingly,and people should pay more and more attention to CPOP.In this paper,the risk factors,pathogenesis and prevention measures of CPOP will be reviewed. |
