      RhoA/ROCK信号通路可以介导多种重要的细胞功能,其在肌动蛋白-肌球蛋白收缩性的产生和肌动蛋白细胞骨架动力学的调节中具有主要功能。研究表明,RhoA/ROCK除了能够调节肾小动脉收缩,肾小球血流和过滤外,还可以控制足细胞、肾小管细胞以及肾小球膜细胞的结构和功能。RhoA/ROCK途径在肾脏疾病的发生发展研究中越来越受到重视。本文主要将RhoA/ROCK与糖尿病肾脏病、高血压肾病、肾纤维化、急性肾损伤、肾肿瘤等疾病的病情发生发展情况做一综述。
英文摘要:
      The RhoA/ROCK signaling pathway can mediate a variety of important cellular functions,and it plays a major role in the production of actin-myosin contractility and the regulation of actin cytoskeleton dynamics.For example,by regulating the synthesis of cytoskeletal actin to regulate cell apoptosis,growth,migration and metabolism,as well as cell contraction through the phosphorylation of many downstream targets.Studies have shown that RhoA/ROCK,in addition to regulating renal arteriole contraction,glomerular blood flow and filtration,can also play a role in controlling the structure and function of podocytes,renal tubular cells and mesangial cells.RhoA/ROCK pathway has been paid more and more attention in the research on the occurrence and development of kidney disease.This article mainly reviews the occurrence and development of RhoA/ROCK and diabetic nephropathy,hypertensive nephropathy,renal fibrosis,acute kidney injury,renal tumors and other diseases,and clarifies the mechanism of action between it and related renal diseases and clinical application research.
