随着高通量测序技术的发展,越来越多的研究认为肠道菌群及其代谢产物可以通过多种途径调节免疫系统,在维持宿主免疫稳态中发挥重要作用。肠道菌群可以直接或通过代谢产物间接参与消化系统、内分泌系统、风湿系统及神经系统等多系统免疫性疾病的发生发展。因此探讨肠道菌群与免疫的关系,对进一步认识疾病,以及肠道菌群作为靶点的免疫治疗具有潜在意义。 |

With the development of high throughput sequencing,more and more studies suggests that intestinal microbiota and its metabolites can regulate the immune system through a variety of ways,and play an important role in maintaining host immune homeostasis.Intestinal microbiota can directly or indirectly participate in the occurrence and development of multi-system immune diseases such as digestive system,endocrine system,rheumatism system and nervous system.Therefore,exploration on relationship between intestinal microbiota and immunity is of potential significance for further understanding of diseases and immunotherapy with intestinal microbiota as a target. |
