| 随着宏基因组学技术的发展,对肠道菌群的研究越来越深入,根本上改变了人们对肠道菌群及其与人类健康和疾病发生发展的关系的认识。越来越多的证据表明,肠道菌群的组成或功能的改变会改变人体免疫反应、代谢、肠道通透性等,会引起内分泌系统疾病、神经系统疾病、免疫性疾病以及肿瘤等疾病的发生发展。本文系统地阐述了肠道菌群与消化系统疾病的关系。 |

| With the development of metagenomics,the researches on intestinal microbiota have become more and more in-depth,which has fundamentally changed our understanding of intestinal microbiota and its relationship with human health and disease.More and more evidences have shown that changes in the composition or function of the intestinal microbiota can change the human immune response,metabolism,intestinal permeability,etc.,and cause endocrine system diseases,nervous system diseases,autoimmune diseases,and tumors.This article systematically explained the relationship between intestinal microbiota and digestive diseases. |
