| 随着生活水平的提升以及医疗技术的进步,人们对心血管疾病的认识也逐步加深。除了传统认知中引起心血管疾病的危险因素外,近年来揭示肠道菌群与心血管疾病之间联系的研究也为心血管疾病的发病机制和治疗策略提供了新的思路。肠道菌群被誉为新型的内分泌器官,参与人体代谢和免疫,其有机组成、正常功能及其代谢产物与心血管疾病密切相关。本文就肠道菌群在心血管疾病发生发展中的作用机制、影响关系及治疗前景等方面进行阐述。 |

| With the improvement of living standards and the progress of medical technology,the understanding of cardiovascular diseases (CVD) have been gradually deepened.In addition to the traditional cognition of CVD risk factors,recent studies revealing the relationship between gut microbiota and CVD have provided new ideas for the pathogenesis and treatment strategies of CVD.Known as a new endocrine organ,gut microbiota is involved in human metabolism and immunity.Its organic composition,normal function and metabolites are closely related to CVD.In this paper,the mechanism,relationship and therapeutic prospect of gut microbiota in the occurrence and development of CVD will be discussed. |
