| 目的 探究分析经胸彩色多普勒超声心动图(简称彩超心动图)在诊断心脏瓣膜病患者中的应用价值。方法 回顾性研究2010年1月至2019年11月绍兴市第七人民医院收治的104例心脏瓣膜病患者的病历资料。所有患者均用彩超心动图检查,分析心脏瓣膜病患者的检出率等。结果 以病理检验结果为“金标准”。采用超声心动图进行诊断,其诊断准确率为95.19%,其中,左房室瓣钙化、左房室瓣粘连、混合型瓣的检出率分别为50.00%、32.69%、12.50%,与病理检查结果对比,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；经彩超心动图检查发现,在左房室瓣中有24例轻度关闭不全,17例中度关闭不全,34例轻度狭窄,30例中度,14例重度；在主动脉瓣中有35例轻度关闭不全、11例中度关闭不全、4例重度,5例轻度狭窄、6例中度；在右房室瓣中有50例轻度关闭不全、7例中度关闭不全、4例重度。结论 经胸彩超心动图能够将心脏结构、瓣膜功能状态清晰、直接地显示出来,为后期的治疗和预后提供给有力的依据。 |

| Objective To explore and analyze the role and value of transthoracic color Doppler echocardiography (abbreviated color echocardiography) in the diagnosis of patients with heart valvular disease.Methods A total of 104 patients with valvular heart disease admitted to Shaoxing People′s Hospital and Shaoxing Seventh People′s Hospital from January 2010 to November 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study.All patients were examined by color echocardiography,and the detection rate of valvular heart disease patients was observed,analyzed and recorded.Results According to pathological diagnosis as the gold standard,and the diagnostic accuracy of echocardiography was 95.19% for valvular heart disease.Among them,the detection rate of calcification of left atrioventricular valve and left atrioventricular valve adhesion mixed type valve were 50.00%,32.69% and 12.50% respectively,and there was no statistical significance compared with pathological examination results(χ2=5.128,P=0.059).There were 24 cases of mild insufficiency,17 cases of moderate insufficiency,34 cases of mild stenosis,30 cases of moderate insufficiency and 14 cases of severe insufficiency in the apical valve; 35 cases of mild insufficiency,11 cases of moderate insufficiency,4 cases of severe insufficiency,5 cases of mild stenosis and 6 cases of moderate insufficiency in the aortic valve; 50 cases of mild insufficiency,7 cases of moderate insufficiency and 4 cases of severe insufficiency in the tricuspid valve.Conclusion Transthoracic echocardiography can show the heart structure and valve function state clearly and directly,providing a strong basis for the treatment and prognosis in the later stage. |
